Fair Opportunity
Consistent with FAR Part 16.505(b), all Delivery/Task Orders issued under this Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract are subject to Fair Opportunity procedures.
Ordering Contracting Officers will provide all SEWP VI Category C Contract Holders a fair opportunity to be considered for each order, in accordance with FAR 16.505(b) and the SEWP RFQ tools, unless a statutory exception applies.
SEWP Program Fee
An Agency Administrative Handling Fee, not to exceed 0.34% of the total price of each delivery/task order, is included within Exceed Corporation’s quoted pricing on all SEWP VI orders.
This fee is not itemized separately on quotes or invoices and is embedded in the total quoted price, consistent with SEWP Program requirements.
