The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), awarded the STRATEGIC PARTNERS ACQUISITION READINESS CONTRACT (SPARC) – IDIQ to multiple Small and Large Businesses. EXCEED is a partner on the clearAvenue Team. clearAvenue, LLC received an award under the Small Business track. The maximum SPARC funding ceiling is $25 Billion over the life of the contract.
