Exceed is pleased to announce that in July of 2020, we successfully upgraded from ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 to ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018. This upgrade ensured that Exceed maintains a documented and effective ITSM System, to meet the organization’s objectives, in conformance with the ITSM System requirements. This certification allows us to provide Operational IT Support Services delivered by the EXCEED IT Department to HQ employees located in Lanham, MD, and the governance of external service desk infrastructure and provisioning of Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III service desk services to external customers.
Exceed also continues to maintain our ISO 9001:2015 certification.
