June 30, 2016 – The Oliver F. Cobb Associates Team (Team OFCA) received a Small Business award notification for the Department of the Navy’s SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) vehicle. EXCEED is on OFCA’s team as a major subcontractor for providing IT support services. SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. A maximum of $5,300,000,000 of services will be procured per year via orders issued under the SeaPort-e multiple award contracts.
