Ms. Cheryl Thomas-Smith joined EXCEED in 2004 and has 25+ years of diverse human resources (HR) experience that has been dedicated to supporting operations, in both government contracting and the air transportation industries. She has lead Corporate HR compliance initiatives to include policy design; training development and management of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)/ Affirmative Action; Sexual Harassment; and Drug and Alcohol Testing programs. At EXCEED, she is responsible for HR strategy and planning and the delivery of HR services and programs. This includes, but is not limited to recruitment, benefits, employee relations, EEO/Affirmative Action, training, and policy development.
Ms. Thomas-Smith is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is a Senior Certified Professional (SCP).
